How do I placed my order?
Simply add the item in the preferred size and colour to the shopping cart. Do proceed to check out for payment once you have added your desired items to your cart.

I have a discount code, how can I use it?
Do key in the respective discount code under the "DISCOUNT" section and press the "APPLY DISCOUNT" button in the checkout page. 

How do I pay for my online order?
We currently accept VISA / MASTERCARD credit card or debit card payments via PayPal, a secure payment gateway. 

How long will it take for me to get my order?
For Singapore Customers:
Express shipping is available 
(Item(s) will reach you within 1-2 working days from the day an 'Order Shipped' email is sent to you).

* Kindly take note there will be slight delay on delivery during the festive seasons.

Can I amend or cancel my order after confirming it?
We regret to inform you that we are unable to modify or change an order once order(s) has been placed on Pawrawrdise due to internal warehousing and system issues. Instead, you may return the item (brand new with tag and in good condition) within 14 days from date of purchase for store credits and can be used on our web store.
