Terms & Conditions

Do kindly read through the following terms prior to making your purchase.
Through purchasing our merchandise and services, you are deemed to have acknowledged the following terms, have understood them and have agreed to abide and adhere to them.

PAYMENT

  • Payments for online purchases can be made using credit cards, PayPal, Paynow, or Paylah.
  • Payments shall not be deemed to be made until we have received the full amount as per ordered from your order.
  • Successful orders cannot be reversed once confirmed. If a cancellation request is made on the customer's end, no cash refund is being offered. All refunds, upon approval, will be in the form of store credits with a validity period of 3 months. 
  • Prices and shipping rates are subject to change without notice but such changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

LOCAL SHIPPING

  • We are unable to amend any orders or combine shipping of orders which are placed separately.
  • We provide EXPRESS shipping via SingPost, with a tracking number. 
  • You may track your order via SingPost's website HERE and key in your order number via email sent to you once you received that your order had been shipped.
  • No self-collection is allowed for any orders, unless otherwise stated on festive period.
  • If your local order is inclusive of a backorder item(s), please note that there will be a separate local shipping for your item(s).
  • All online orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 working days upon order confirmation. Delivery of parcels is carried out on Monday - Friday during working hours, excluding weekends and local public holidays.
  • Once the Dispatch confirmation is emailed to you, your products are under the responsibility of our third-party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for any lost parcels in post if proof of postage is supplied.

BOUNCED / UNDELIVERED PARCELS

  • We will contact customers via email should we receive any returned bounced / undelivered parcels bearing their names.
  • Any additional cost required for re-delivery of such parcels will be borne by the customer. Pawrawrdise will only bear the cost of re-delivery if it is deemed as an error on our side.
  • Any unclaimed bounced / undelivered parcels after 3 months grace period will be disposed.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You can contact us at pawrawrdise@gmail.com. Please note that you may only proceed to do return upon receiving a confirmation email from us. 

To start a return, we have a within 14 days return policy starting from the shipped out date. All returned item(s) to us will be issued with store credits which comes with a three-month validity period. 

To be eligible for returns, items must be unworn, unwashed, unscented and with tags on, in their original packaging. All returns will be processed and handled via mail with a tracking service at pawrawrdise@gmail.com

We try our best to accept all returns as long as they reach us in a good condition and in their original state. In the unlikely event that a product is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we will have to send it back to you, and all delivery costs will be borne by you, unless due to exceptional cases.

Do note that sales and discounted items (including items purchased using discount codes), gift cards are strictly not eligible for returns/exchanges.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Reasons listed below are NOT considered defects:

  • We advise that all items by Pawrawrdise are to be hand-washed and NOT soaked. We do not guarantee that the items will not be altered (e.g. colour runs, size shrinks, etc.) after washed or soaked, and if this happens, Pawrawrdise will not be responsible and no return or exchange request will be entertained.
  • Do take note that due to mass production, there will be a slight 0.5 - 0.8 inches difference in our given measurements. 
  • Due to lighting and different monitor resolutions, do allow slight variation in the product colour. 
  • For printed designs, prints may vary in terms of placement / symmetry / alignment / slight colour patches for each piece.
  • Items with minor imperfections (e.g. loose threads, crease marks, slight dotted stains, misaligned buttons, etc.) are strictly not considered as defective pieces as it does not affect the overall appearance of the item.
  • Quality not up to expectation or customer's subjective opinions and preference (inner lining, stitching, etc.)

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item, and returned item will be reimbursed as credits for your next purchase. Credits comes with a three-month validity period. 

DEFECTIVE ITEMS / INCORRECT ITEMS RECEIVED

  • Kindly contact us at pawrawrdise@gmail.com regarding this issue and we will reply back within 1-2 working days. Delays in our email replies may be expected during peak and sale periods.
  • Exchanges will only be done for an item(s) in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). Exchanges of item(s) which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be declined.
  • For local returns, all parcels must be sent back to Pawrawrdise within 5 working days of receipt, starting from the shipped out date.
  • An exchange will be done if item sent to you is deemed defective.
  • A refund will only be processed if the item(s) have run out of stock for exchanges. 
    Kindly note that we do not provide any cash refunds unless the item is out of stock. We will provide refunds in the form of store credits which you may utilise to purchase other available items, with no expiry date.

DISCOUNTS

  • Discounts are only valid if the discount codes are entered before checkout. We will not be able to apply any discount codes or after the order is placed.
  • All discount codes being used are unable to be reinstated if orders are cancelled.
  • Do note that SALE and DISCOUNTED items (including items purchased using discount codes and during flash sales) are not eligible for further exchanges/returns.

PRODUCTS

  • Colours of products may differ due to colour calibration of the device's screen and it might appear darker in reality due to strong studio lighting used.
  • Measurements provided on each of the products are in flat lay, and measured in inches.
  • Do allow a difference of up to 0.5 inches between the item(s) received from which was provided for in our given measurements may not be considered as a defect.
  • Pawrawrdise will not be liable and refund / returns any product if it is not handled as per instructed under product details.

PRODUCT CARE

  • Customers are advised to hand wash or gentle machine wash all Pawrawrdises' products.

Pawrawrdise reserves the right to make amendments to any of the above Terms and Conditions.

In the event of any disputes, Pawrawrdise reserves the right of the final decision.
